Thank y'all for your suggestion. I simply finished going into safe manner and nonetheless the DVD/CD drive does non read or detect a disc. If I double click on the drive it tells be to insert a disc and it won't detect it. I also tried Dell's troubleshooting and information technology doesn't find anything incorrect with system.

Thank you auggy, yes I did but information technology didn't work either. I remember it may exist a problem with a corrupted file just I don't know how to set up that.
I tried restoring to a previous date when it was working just it can't do it either.

I finally got my DVD/CD drive working over again in Windows 10. Opened device managing director, scrolled down to DVD, double clicked it, right clicked DVD bulldoze and disabled it. Closed device manage, refreshed desktop, went back to device manager, scrolled down to DVD, opened information technology and a
enabled DVD bulldoze. Airtight device manager, went to desktop, opened computer to come across the drives, and put in a CD in that the computer had read earlier, airtight tray and waited till it slowly loaded. I allow it finish and opened the disc without any issues.
